Within 2 weeks of receipt of the records, we will send you:
- A report of findings regarding compliance with the changes in the 2010 Medicare Benefit Policy Manual.
- Recommendations for modifications and improvement.
- An assessment of your facility's establishment of medical necessity and the appropriateness of the inpatient rehabilitation stay.
